Avec l’apparition de l’agriculture, le pain a tenu un rôle majeur dans le quotidien des premiers Européens.
Le pain est le thème de notre projet intitulé « Tranche d’Europe ». Ce projet permettra de faire découvrir à nos élèves nos différences et nos similitudes culturelles à travers l’histoire, la fabrication, l’art et la place du pain dans notre quotidien.
Nous proposerons à nos élèves la création d’un livre de recettes, d’un jeu, d’un site internet et d’un festival du pain à la fin du projet tout en conduisant une réflexion sur l’alimentation (« slow-food »).
Ce projet Comenius concerne 6 partenaires européens : Croatie, Finlande, France, Italie, Pologne et Turquie.
En partageant notre culture du pain, nous souhaitons faire prendre conscience à nos élèves qu’ils sont de véritables citoyens européens.
Since the beginning of agriculture, bread has gained a very important part in the first European’s daily life.
Bread will be the theme of your project entitled « A loaf of Europe ». This project will enable our students to discover our cultural differences and similarities through history, making bread, art, and the importance of bread in our daily diet.
Our pupils will create a recipe book, a game, a website and, at the end of the project, a bread festival. During the following 2 years they will reflect on their food habits (« slow-food »).
This Comenius project gathers 6 European partenairs : Croatia, Finland, France, Italy, Poland et Turkey.
By sharing our bread culture, we would like our students to become aware of their European consciousness and identity.
